AADMAA consulting provides LEAN Six Sigma Training that is engaging, effective and experiential. Lean learning is not only about Tools, techniques and methodology, it is also about creating motivation to go back to the work environment and make a difference. Our LEAN training is interactive and aims at internalization of the concepts on the floor. This facilitates implementation of concepts learnt in the training program. We have experiential games and exercises that simulate the work environment with the objective of identifying and eliminating waste .We currently offer LEAN Six Sigma workshops in half-day and two-day formats.
