Bihar State Board of Religious Trust

An Act to provide for the better administration of Hindu Religious Trusts and for the protection and preservation of properties appertaining to such Trusts. Whereas it is expedient to provide for the better administration of Hindu Religious Trusts in the State of Bihar and for the protection and preservation of properties appertaining to such trusts. This Act shall apply to all religious trusts, whether created before or after the commencement of this Act, any part of the property of which is situated in the State of Bihar.
