He is the President of Srinivasa Educational Academy, which is running 23 institutions under various streams of education. He has started Chilkur Balaji Institute of Technology at Aziz Nagar in the year 2006. The College is progressing rapidly under the able guidance of Dr.R.Venkataswamy, who is responsible for establishing and managing successfully about 23 institutions, which includes Degree, Law, Education, Pharmacy, Business Management, Nursing and other Junior Colleges.
