Dr. G.Nagasaina Rao, a renowned heart-surgeon, was part of the team of Doctors that have built Care Hospitals group a successful business model. And showed his business abilities as Director (Commercial) of Quality Care India Limited. Presently Dr. Nagasaina Rao is Managing Partner of Associated Cardio-thoracic Surgeons, consisting of a large team of Medical Professionals at Care Hospital, Institute of Medical Sciences, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. As weaving and yarn trading was a traditional profession of his parents, he had the concept of Spinning mill, its organization and management.

He grouped the like minded people from Mangalagiri & Hyderabad and floated the company Mangalagiri textile mills pvt ltd with a view to further expansion and diversification in textiles. He had successfully implemented the project of phase 1 of spinning mill in time and running the unit for the last 3 years in spite of all odds. He has an excellent vision and knowledge of cotton textile industry in India, abroad and skills to run the industry in a professional way that has been shown in the last 3 years results of the company.
