Millet Express is born with the vision to fill the gap of healthy Indian cuisine in the food industry. Millets are rich in several beneficial nutrients. We had done extensive R&D on all 7 varieties of millets and developed recipes making millet food tastier than ever. We developed the South Indian cuisine with all 7 types of millets - Breakfast, Rice bowls.

For North indian cuisine we have developed parathas, kichidis and rotis. We are now working on healthy snacks and desserts.
