Dr. Uma Pradhan : The Director of Pradhan Eye Hospital is a distinguished eye surgeon with more than 30 years of experience to her credit. She has been trained at reputed institutes such as Jaslok hospital Mumbai, Flinders University, Australia and Karlsruhe, Germany and has served as Honorary Assistant Professor at Dr VM Medical College, Solapur for eight years. She has presented several papers at state and national conferences and won several awards for her work.

She is dedicated to community work in ophthalmology, having performed more than 20,000 free surgeries and conducted awareness workshops on behalf of Pradhan charitable trust. She has conducted free cataract surgery camps in many African countries on behalf of Rotary international.
