Sugar n Ice was started in 1997 by Kate de Waal, a Grand Diplome student from the Silwood School of Cookery in Cape Town, a world renowned culinary institution. Since then we have been creating "Handmade Cakes of Distinction" encompassing a variety of Wedding and Special Occasion Cakes from the Traditional to the more Contemporary and have developed thousands of styles in the past 18 years. We specialise in Weddings and all Special Occasions (Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Birthdays, Christenings, Kitchen Teas, etc.). Our Cakes are handmade to order and receive our personal attention to detail while designing your cake according to your specifications.
