Union was inspired by the classic Paris bistro and its simple, hearty fare. Its a neighbourhood local with a contemporary take on traditional dishes, and plenty of bold surprises along the way. Only Ontario farm fresh, locally grown provisions are served at Union, with an emphasis on seasonal fruits and vegetables.
